重量巨大的水泥底座来支撑大型风力发电机正常平稳运行。风力发电底座需要使用弧形钢板将整个基
础围住,在圈中放入钢筋并灌入混凝土。基础底座模具的作用就是防止混凝土漏出和固型。

。因为规格太大所以钢模板都是拼装而成,叠加到一起直接运输到施工场地进行安装。通常使用4mm厚
钢板加上5*5mm勒紧才可以保证模板不会变形,一套风电基础底座模具需要外围一个大圈加上内部一个
小圈。浇筑完毕待到混凝土凝固后钢模板就可撤走,并把外围混凝土埋在地下,上层安装风力发电机
