化粪池模具如果在材料选择方面不下功夫,将会出现整个模具不能使用的情况,材料性能


不佳,耐磨性能不够好,都会对其有影响。其次在模具设计和制作工艺有缺陷,凸凹模、


锻坯改锻工艺不完善,遗存有热处理隐患,结构设计问题,冲模结构不合理,细长凸模没


有设计加固装置,出料口不畅现堆集,制模工艺不完善,热处理技术及工艺有问题,造成


凸、凹模淬不透。整个结构包括池体和位于池体上的进污口和出水口,池体内部设有将池


体分隔开的隔板,隔板上设有通孔。池体呈圆筒状,其上部设有检查口。相对于普通的池


子结构更强,承压力也更强。

structure comprises a tank body and a sewage inlet and outlet located on the 


tank body. A partition plate separating the tank body is arranged inside the 


tank body, and a through hole is arranged on the partition plate. The tank body 


is cylindrical, and its upper part is provided with an inspection port. 


Compared with the ordinary pool structure, the bearing pressure is also
